1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been doing software engineering for about 13 years and last 8-9 years is more on the leadership roles. He started off mostly as a Web Developer for several different companies using HTML, jQuery, CSS, and PHP for backend. After that, he transferred as an IT Project Manager for XXXX where they have delivered several IT projects. He then opened his own company called XXXX in which they are doing ecommerce factions and worked at the same time for XXXX as a Lead Developer and later on, Head of Technology. After that, he joined XXXX as a Technical Lead where he speak to different business units to gather requirements and objectives from their clients. From 2020-2021, he served as a developer for XXXX for some of their projects where he mainly used Golang, Java, and such. His last role was with XXXX as a startup CTO, he was hands-on on both front and backend side, and was involved in developing SaaS platforms for their clients.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Golang, Java, and PHP for backend since he has been using these technologies for most of his projects during his last role and on his own company as well. Good with project management as well and has great knowledge of web3 technologies.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He has been a project manager for about 9-10 years and believes his experience in XXXX and XXXX as well for his SaaS solutions. He is also knowledgeable with different cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud as well. Experienced delivering SaaS solutions especially in Picante where he has delivered a software which is a cloud based. He also has years of experience working with a startup in the Web3 sector: XXXX and his own startup, XXXX. Has experience handling/managing Digital Web3 Products where they did a smart contract matching up a trade and P2P crypto trading between buyer and seller using a traditional banking API. Also good with translating business requirements to technical terms and vice versa.
