1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working with XXXX covering the Web3 division across all the web3 products including NFT marketplace, driving the user growth and user growth. Majority of his role as a Director for Growth Product & Growth Strategy is help in figuring out the right way to help scale their products in terms of web3 languages. Prior to XXXX, he worked in a crypto industry across two particular years in two various projects; one was with XXXX as the head of growth doing similar things but more internal-driven tools so platform related kind of systems. The second one is XXXX where he was the head of product building the platform, it’s an NFT related project that helps content creators to monetize through what they call as content NFT. Before that, he has worked in two other industries primarily in the tech industry for firms such as XXXX and XXXX. Also has worked in the banking industry for several years helping corporates to work on their cache management areas. Additionally, has led teams before and the largest team he has led was about 30 people.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be user growth and product management when it comes to Web3 and Crypto domain specifically since he has spent most of his time doing these skills. In terms of product, he is good with NFT related products and has a good understanding of the entire Web3 ecosystem. Also, he’s proficient with his skill set in growth product and leveraged user experience and understanding from a data-drive perspective in building a strategy, product, and monetization-related stuff. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to Web3 technologies in general.

   Has about 12+ years of experience as a product manager and recently was always the Head of Product for the past 3+ years.
