1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a product leader based in Hong Kong for about 6-7 years now. Before that, he was a consultant for startups, strategies related to fund-raising and launch. He has been in the web3 space for the last 5 years and the last 4 years, he has been in the decentralized finance space. His last role was with XXXX as a General Manager/Director of Product where he led product journeys from zero to one and delivered complex product suites. He also was a Head of Product before for XXXX where he oversaw product strategy and also acted as a CEO for them to lead in institutionalizing strategic processes. Before this, he was with XXXX, a community-driven blockchain studio, as the Head of Growth where he helped pivot the company’s focus towards a Web3 platform.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be basically leadership since he knows what to do on different situations, knows the key moments of the products that are about to launch and what happens afterwards. Also getting traction and kind of stabling out his team.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 6-7 years of experience in the product management side and has 5+ years of experience in web3 companies and space. He also has co-founder experience for some startups especially one called XXXX, a travel tech, way back 9-10 years ago. Has 3+ years of experience working with startups. Can translate business requirements to technical terms and vice versa. Also involved in the art space.
