1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He grew up in Australia and went back to Hong Kong last 2004 and during those times, he was the Director of real estates agency in Hong Kong called XXXX. Right now, he’s actually fully into Web3, Crypto, and related business. He is currently being supported by XXXX since he was the Founder of XXXX, a BAYC NFT which is he would say the most expensive collections in which he gathered and built the community in Asia and the largest in the world. They expanded lots of projects including XXXX, XXXX, and he was mostly with them as advisor and helping them build their platforms. Had two more projects in the past years wherein they collaborated with XXXX  and XXXX for a collection of 10,000 copies of NFT. They also have XXXX for whiskey lovers that have joined the club using and NFT technology.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management from scratch, since that’s where he started in building his community. He also knows how a successful project should be doing from marketing and including the tech side. Also doing product management and actually did over 16 showcases of physical brands and products around the world.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing product management as well together with project management in the Web3 sector for about 3+ years now. Also good with handling/managing digital Web3 products and has been working in his own web3 startups for the past years. Good with translating business requirements to technical terms and also very involved in the art space and has signed up recently the digital rights for his collections for a Chinese Artist, XXXX.
