1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has around 6+ years of experience in the industry, with 4+ years of experience in product management and 2+ years in UI/UX design. Previously, she’s working for an airline industry, XXXX, as a Product Manager where she helped them build their mobile application and digitalize the entire flow of ticket buying and travelling experiences too. She also has worked on the educational sector for helping build up a digital community for the XXXX students. She also has worked at a real estate company where she helped them build up a mobile application for rental and reselling services. She was with XXXX as well as a Senior Product Manager where she was involved with NFC logistics and NFT trading strategies in the China market. Currently, she’s doing freelance UI/UX design and product management as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be design and data analytics since she has been doing this for several years now. She is also good with both product and project management, she has the PMP and has great experience communicating with stakeholders, managing timeline and resources as well. Overall, she is good technically and on the management side as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has about 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager and also have experience with game development/design during her time with XXXX for few projects where it involves e-gifting and can play games with your friends to win some points/credits called XXXX. She also has a great knowledge of the China market and has worked with a startup before in the Web3 space where she helped them from zero; the project she did there also has a gaming function related to traders.
