Most of his career background has been in the payments and banking domain since the start of his career. His latest role was a General Manager for XXXX where he was managing a regional team with about 10 direct reports including country managers, sales managers, customer success managers, etc. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Regional VP where he was involved in managing the sales team and the chief of staff managing different projects. He also worked for XXXX as the Head of Regional Sales & Merchant Acquisition where he was mainly managing the Fortune 500 segments. He started his career with XXXX as a Regional Director where he directed and managed the team of sales and relationship managers.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be general management; managing different aspects of the business has been his stronghold including sales, cross team alignments, leading projects, project management, and managing PNL. Also good with people management.

Has about 13-15 years of experience when it comes to product management on the payment products. He’s more of the business person from a DeFi/GameFi perspective and not a technical one. Joined XXXX before which is mainly a startup.
