1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off as a Business Development Consultant for XXXX in Los Angeles, CA where he mostly developed internal operations as well as his commercial experience working directly from building startups from crowdfunding to tech startups all the way to consultant. After that, moved back to Hong Kong and handled their family office called XXXX as the VP of Business Development where he learned a lot about financial modelling and was the time that he got involved with crypto. He got into blockchain in 2013 and started to buy crypto and has his own personal fund for it last 2017. He was also with XXXX as a BusDev and Enterprise Sales Director and after that, was with XXXX as the Head of Investment Ops where he built their entire VC fund with the Chief Strategy Office and built out the ecosystem to a more prominent figure. On top of that, he also personally invested in about 33 companies to date. After handing over with XXXX, he did advising for few companies in the startup space and pretty much helped them with their operational side fundraising.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his ability to be resourceful since most of his experience working from startups all the way to corporations, there was no one person he couldn’t work a deal with and find an initial with them. He’s a pretty resourceful guy in terms of network and do closing.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has done crossover roles that touch or is relevant to product management over the years; he has managed a team on the product side and has worked with the dev side on products. Has been in the Web3 space for about 5+ years now and is very exposed with startups.
