1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Majority of his career was spent with XXXX as a Director, IT Operations where he managed a team across multiple countries and also had lots of different functions and built/managed teams from Australia to China and Japan. After that, he joined XXXX as a Regional Director, IT where he also built a regional team to match and be proper for new IT strategies. They have built POS Systems, Hotel Management Systems, and also the time he started doing development. Then, he joined XXXX as a Director of IT for APAC where he restructured a team towards a more IT Service Management focused unit. After this, he took his time to upskill and was already into blockchain so he picked up few freelance projects and did freelance consulting for a period of time. His clients include XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Then, one of the founders of XXXX reached out to him and asked him to join and was then the Head of Product & Technology for them where he started building a suite of tools, a marketplace, that Web2 brands would need to operate in the Web3 space. After some circumstances, he left XXXX and stayed with them as an Advisor where he is helping them whenever anything comes up. Another project with XXXX is XXXX where its concept was to digitize Hollywood memorabilia.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be taking very complex technology and translating it for the layman. Whether it is bringing concepts and presenting it to a management team up to board level. On top of that, he is good with leadership and has built many high performing teams at the corporates.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He has about 8+ years of experience in product management including his time with XXXX and recent companies, XXXX. He has about 3 years of experience in working with Web3 companies and has experience as a co-founder for a startup called XXXX. Working mainly on startups for the past 2-3+ years of his career. Good with translating business requirements to technical terms (vice versa) and also involved in art space and do have lots of contacts with actual artists in NFT, etc.
