1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working as a CPO for XXXX and has been working as a product/project manager since the start of her career. She started off as a data analyst/business analyst and later on became the product owner and started working as their product/project manager for a fintech bank in India. She then came to Hong Kong and had to join XXXX where she is working with finance such as bank and insurance company and making a one-stop solution product for them. After that, she joined XXXX as the Head of IT and stayed there for two years working with some platform such as an app that basically track anything from scratch when the product is made and until it was shipped. While working there, she met the VP of XXXX and asked her to join their company and sees her as someone suitable in helping their company. She then joined XXXX after few months as a Group Product and Project Management Officer where she led five different models for projects under them. She was then internally transferred to XXXX because of product struggles where she made a SaaS solution for crypto in their standalone marketplace. She is now working as a Consultant/Head of Product and Project Management for XXXX where she is building a product for them.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her good skills in learning new things and catching them quickly. She also believes that her years of experience is a good amount already; she has worked in diverse industry with diverse people/product so that’s her strength. Another thing is that she’s good in working with different timezone and working across the globe.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing product management for about 8+ years now and rates herself a 4.5 out of 5 in it since she’s still learning and there’s always room for improvement. Good with handling/managing digital products especially Web3 products especially during the past few years. She also has worked for several start ups including XXXX and XXXX. Can translate business requirements to technical teams and has interest in the art space.
