Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He worked mostly on consulting base at XXXX where he was the Head of Design. He basically help them in preparing the platform and crypto exchange for their launch and help them prepare the round of fundraising. After that, he decided to run his own structure in Hong Kong and working as an independent design consultant/project manager currently. He has worked on several missions across several clients and the last one he did was to build, design, and launch their system. They are now finishing the coding phase of their CRM platform for a banking industry where it permits search venture capital and various type of investments.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be helping clients in whatever their problems/issues are whether in the crypto side or non-crypto projects. Also good with building and launching new projects for his clients; taking care of the design structure of the product, and also managing/building the team. Rates himself a 3.5 to 4 out of 5 when it comes to Web3 in general, including blockchain, NFT, and crypto.

Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
Has experience working with successful web3 start-up especially during his time with XXXX. Also good with managing/handling digital web3 products and do translate business requirements into technical team on a daily basis. He is also an artist himself so he’s very invested on the art space and always keeping himself up to date in the art industry.
