Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently the IT Director for his own company, XXXX, where they are focused on working for Hong Kong customer projects, also handling IT projects mainly in China and do lots of web portal. After that, worked on more advanced projects like AI projects, etc. Before that, he was working with XXXX as a Senior Development Manager where he is managing a team in Hong Kong and in China; they are doing e-banking projects for them. He also was a Senior System Manager for XXXX where he has worked for the whole roadmap, managed the backend such as ERP system, and also did cloud computing for them. Before this, he has lots of experience in working for MNCs on the IT side such as XXXX, XXXX, etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be working on start-ups since he has been working on quite some few start-ups before and also believes that people nowadays are always thinking of something new, hence, building more start-ups.

Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
He has his own company, XXXX, which is a web3 start-up mainly doing AI, OCR, Blockchain, and NLP. Also have some experience handling/managing digital web3 products in their own company. Good with translating business requirements to the technical team and vice versa. Do have interest in the art space as well and has worked on an NFT project before involving and translating paintings to NFT.
