1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been doing power electronics for about 15 years now and most of his job involves analog design and testing, also circuits spice simulation. He is currently working in XXXX where he belong to the R&D research team performing and designing power supplies. He also performed and made actual circuits, designing computer circuits. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Design Qualification and Test Engineer where he was exposed to lots of test equipment and technical data analysis.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be two things: testing and spice simulation. He is proficient with testing and knows how to test hardware platforms, hardware devices, hardware circuits, and has a very thorough training with it from his previous jobs. Also good with spice simulation and knows how to model and make things work on the computer. He can quickly design a thing from scratch and knows the spice environment very well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has about 15+ years of experience doing electronics engineering. He also is knowledgeable with FPGA and has programmed one back when he was still studying but due to his recent jobs in Hong Kong, he is not recently doing it. Great with test equipment and technical data analysis. He also have mastery about electronic circuits including schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. He is also very familiar with both digital and analog circuits using spice circuit simulation.
