1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation, he had three different jobs in different fields such as semiconductor packaging and electronic assembly where he learned technical and interpersonal skills. After graduation, he was a process engineer at XXXX where he did and worked with PCBs. He was also a Senior Process Engineer at XXXX where he led the junior engineers to support the production line and maintain their mass production, he did different things such as process controls, collect and analyse data, understand problems and put corrective actions to it. After that, he was with XXXX as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer where he handled mostly PCBs and have five different contract manufacturers in several locations such as China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. He was with this company for the longest time and has touched more than one thousand products. He has worked on different components including resistors, capacitors, etc.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be in the semiconductor and electronics assembly since this is what he has been doing since the start of his career. He also mentioned that he loves working on products and solve production issues. It also gives him satisfaction working with a team, and external/internal customer to improve their products and their services.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor packaging and the last 13 years in the electronics assembly together with semiconductor components, working mostly on the hardware side.  Rates himself a 4-5 out of 5 when it comes to the semiconductor industry, he is already strong in it but is still constantly learning and there is always room to improve. Very familiar with Asian markets’ semiconductor industry since he has worked with different regions such as China, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, etc.
