1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is previously with XXXX as a Technical Writer/Editor where he was responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining technical documents, to ensure they are clear and accurate. His daily responsibility there includes editing and proofreading technical manuals, user guides, and reports while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of complex technical content. Before this, he was a Junior Technical Editor for XXXX where he acquired and honed his skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe CC) and leveraged it for formatting and designing materials including tools like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. He was also involved there in maintaining and updating of documentation templates and style guides, ensured all content aligns with their company standards, brand identity, and industry guidelines.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be the combination of technical accuracy and visual design expertise since he has been doing this for about 4+ years now. On top of this, he also is great in transforming complex technical information into clear and concise documentations tailored for target audience. In terms of tools, she's strong with Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, and some Photoshop as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been into technical writing/editing since he started his career for the last 4+ years and has been into marketing and ecommerce industry as well. He is coming from Communication and Literature Degree and is proficient with technical concepts converted into documentations. He has great critical and analytical thinking that makes him a great asset for his previous companies when it comes to different template designs and directives. He's proficient with almost all of the documentation-related software and tools mainly Adobe Creative Suite.
