1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He was born in Hong Kong but was raised in UK. Most of his working experiences are in HK, also worked in the London and Europe before. He has a total of 30+ years experience in industries including telecoms, internet, sports, media and music. He recently also was involved in high technology projects such as Web3 related stuff as well as AI, blockchain, and related projects for XXXX. He is also a Project Manager and holds PMP, also does product management for several years now. His most recent engagement is in the Web3 space, he’s been helping them as a CFO where he ensured that the company have all the deck stacked up from the accounting system to internal controls. He also is exposed with change management. Before that, he started as part of the startup team for XXXX where he helped with the internal controls, accounting, and pitch decks as well. He’s very familiar with things like tokenomics, GameFi, DeFi, and Decentralized Storage. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill and expertise would be multidisciplinary and can do different roles/tasks and pretty much good in working with startups since he has been doing this for around 15 years now.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has about 5+ years of experience in the Web3 space, projects he handled are mainly in Hong Kong, UK, and Dubai as well. He worked as a Product Owner 2 years ago where they digitized artist works using NFT in a marketplace. Also has 15+ years of experience working in startups so he’s well versed with the culture and environment; he is also familiar with blockchain/AI development technologies and can be a C-level candidate for startups.
