1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started her career as a Graphic Designer and then started her own design studio where she mostly did UI/UX Design, Website development, and web application. After that, she switched to XXXX as a Digital Innovation Lead where she was a product owner/manager and manage the team of designers and engineers. She then joined XXXX as a Customer Experience Lead where she led user research and design of their digital platform but when Covid happened, company was not very stable so she transferred to XXXX as a Product Manager where she was involved in lots of development in the AI, big data cloud platform area. Her last role was with XXXX as a Product Manager where she gained lots of knowledge in technologies such as blockchain, AI, web3 and she’s responsible for writing up product proposal for pitching purposes.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her product management skills since she has been doing this for almost 5 years and also considers UI/UX design as one of her strongest since this is where she started off and has been doing this since the start of her career. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 in both.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has almost 5 years of experience in product management. Also knowledgeable with product management of consumer or enterprise software, application, website. Good with demonstrating PRDs, user stories in Jira, and also proficient with Scrum and Agile. Can speak fluent English and intermediate Mandarin.
