1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   During his time with XXXX, he had internship with XXXX and was designing the fibre network of Hong Kong and assist 4G base stations, did some maintenance and repair of the machines in the space station. After that, moved to XXXX as an Electronic System Engineer where he was responsible for machines’ maintenance and repair; he often repair PCB of the machines and report directly to their department head. He also worked in several projects here including MCS and 3D Modelling Satellite Ground Stations. He then moved to XXXX where he is an R&D Engineer drawing and debugging mostly PCBs and using ADS to simulate the PCBs. He is also repairing machines and uses spectrum analyser to solve their signal generation problems. His latest role was with XXXX as an RF Electronic Engineer where his main job is to coordinate the data transmission system of the manufacturing and check the systems for the vendors in China, he is also coordinating with the software department once there are some problems or abnormalities in the systems.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great R&D experience since he has been working in one for many years now. He is most proficient with working on PCBs and has done this for most of his previous roles since he started his career.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost 10 years of experience now in the electronics engineering industry. Very strong with PCBs and PCBAs, can draw and debug PCBs proficiently.  He is also excellent in PCB soldering and rework and has been doing this for projects since his university and previous roles. Hands on with test equipment and the one doing technical data analysis/reports as well. He’s also familiar already with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. More familiar with analog chips and circuits.
