1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 30 years of experience now and has been focused on system integrations. Recently, he was with XXXX of Hong Kong where he is supporting the electronics engineers on the designing and installations. He also was with XXXX and XXXX as a Senior Engineer where he worked on a cybersecurity portal and Wi-Fi deployment in their offices and outdoors; he mostly handled IoT stuff here. Before this, he was with XXXX as an Assistant Engineer where he mainly handled the MTRs and some commercial sectors as well. Also worked for XXXX before in the Industrial and Systems Engineering Department; they have worked here for government consultancy projects. He was also an Assistant Manager for XXXX before where he handled automotive electronics supporting China car makers, handled 16-bit controller chips here. Before this, he was a Senior Electronics Engineer for two different companies such as XXXX and XXXX as well. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the system integrations since he has been doing this almost since he started his career. Has CCNA, MCSA, and CCNP as well. Another thing he is good with is MTR since he has to work around this for lots of years already; good with automotive electronics as well. He also have good communication skills and can rate himself a high score in electronics engineering in general.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 19-20 years of experience in electronics engineering industry. He is good with PCBA and has basic knowledge of FPGAs as well but not too frequently used as PCBs. Has handled failure analysis and quality issue handling as well. Familiar with all schematics, PCB and board layouts, and datasheets. Good with both digital and analog circuit.
