1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduating, he has worked on a local construction company where he worked on a renovation of an external façade of two towers in Central, Hong Kong. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Senior Monitoring Engineer where they usually install sensors to monitor the construction works. His main project there was with the XXXX and XXXX; he was involved here in the whole project cycle from getting approval/data from client, procuring equipment, installation, maintenance, and preparation of reports.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great skills in leadership, communication, and also taking his team along. He is also good with reporting, presentations, dealing with the clients, and those kind of works. Rates himself an overall 4 out of 5 in terms of his skills, knowledge, and experience.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has worked extensively in PCB design especially during his undergraduate time. He is also good with test equipment and technical data analysis since he has been doing this for the past several years. Proficient with schematics, board layouts, and datasheets. Also has worked on PCB soldering and rework during his university days as well. Familiar with both digital and analog circuit. Open to relocate or travel frequently to Shenzhen.
