1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working as the Head of Product for XXXX where she is working for centralized exchange service from 0 to 1. Before this, she was a DeFi Product Manager for XXXX where she handled DeFi Desktop Wallet for PRO users, was the Infrastructure Program Manager for DeFi wallet which is consumer facing. She also was a Product Manager promoted to Director for a startup called XXXX where they are providing B2B trade finance solutions for some SMBs in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Before this, she was working mostly for the traditional finance including actual research, complex sets, and consulting.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her background in the business and technology area, both academically and professionally. She is kind of like a bridge between engineering people and business people and is involved even in strategies for both side. When it comes to product management, she rates herself a 4-4.5 out of 5 in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has almost 5 years of experience in product management, has experience being Senior Product Manager and Head of Product with XXXX.
