1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her last role was with XXXX where she started off as a UI/UX Designer and got promoted to Senior UI/UX Designer after two years. She is in charge there for redesigning their entire website and user experience/interface. After that, started creating their flagship products as well which is an end-to-end insurance. Before that, she was a Contract UI/UX Designer for XXXX which was an early stage Fintech. And also worked for XXXX as a Visual & UI/UX Designer where she was also responsible for the marketing side and worked on XXXX as well which is a blockchain/crypto company, designed their app with wireframes and user interfaces. She started her career with XXXX where she designed their entire ecommerce about shopping store and increased lots of sales for them.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the UI side because this is what she has been doing for the past few years which shaped her skill set as well. Rates herself a 2.5-4 out of 5 when it comes to being a UI/UX designer in general. When it comes to UI/UX tools, she is predominantly proficient with Figma.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 7-8+ years of experience in the UI/UX industry. Also has experience with blockchain/crypto company when she was with XXXX and a contractual role with XXXX. Proficient with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Also has used InVision for a bit before. Familiar with concepts of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi.
