1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the industry for about 15 years now and after graduation, he started with management and has been doing solutions to help the management side. In his previous job with XXXX, he has experienced being team leader and lead five business units, about 20 headcounts and developing new international business for their company. After that, he decided to move his career a bit to the government and is currently working with XXXX as a Senior VP where he is helping foreign enterprises in Hong Kong and support their businesses. Most of the companies he handled are on the IT side, software and enterprise solutions; currently he’s handling over 100 company portfolios for onboarding.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his ability to help his clients on the advisory side. He’s very strong in tackling different problems for his clients/buyers and also resolving their issues. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to doing advisory in general.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has been doing project management for quite a while now and also have handled a team of project managers; responsible for solutions delivery for around 2-3 years. He has been involved in some energy companies with his time doing advisory. Not much technical experience but would be very willing to learn.
