Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has about 20+ years of experience in the product management, 15 years in Mainland China and 8 years in Hong Kong. He is focused predominantly in industrial gaming and worked/helped grow small startups in Shanghai from four people up to 20+ people for a company called XXXX. After that, joined XXXX as a Mobile Studio Head and Executive Producer where he drove XXXX first midcore mobile games and grew the international team up to about 170 people. He also was the Head of Product for XXXX where he led new payer acquisition, product strategy and development for the Asia region. He built and funded XXXX for several years and they were able to build a VR competitive game with AR Spectator mode and then decided to table that project since VR/AR community back then is not big enough. Later on, XXXX acquired his company and then he joined XXXX as well as a Sr. Director of Product where he grow, mentor, and develop the product team into actual product people. Right now, he’s an Advisor for two different companies since 2021.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be connecting the dots and read very broadly in the technology, gaming, and entertainment space. He also has a constant entrepreneurial spirit given his years of experience in the senior and board levels. Another thing is his good leadership skills and grow/engage with different teams also being a life-long learner.

He has over 20 years of experience when it comes to product (handling/managing products). He was formally trained in products way back 2005 when he was with XXXX in Shanghai. Has been supporting and consulting major companies in Hong Kong including XXXX, and another connection was with XXXX so he has about 5+ years of experience in web3 companies. Has CEO/Founder experience when he built and funded his own company, XXXX. Also has 3+ years of experience working in startups. Also great in terms of establishing business in Hong Kong.
