1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working as a Senior Product Manager for XXXX where they are focusing on AI related technologies and they develop different kinds of products to be produced and manufactured by XXXX. They do worked for some projects involving computer vision, object detection, and human body detection. Before this, he was with XXXX as the Head of Product where he has established the team and designed/developed the whole ERP system for the company. He also was with XXXX as a Product Manager where they have worked on several different internet products. He also was a Project Associate and Game Designer for XXXX for almost 5 years and developed several games/projects for them. He also managed the games from ideas to game launch; he’s also involved in the live operations of the games when it’s already in the market especially for online games. He was also responsible for the social media events of their games and involved with marketing team for their campaign strategies.  

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his experience in innovation such as innovative product design and development. He has lots of experience in developing new products with the new AI technologies. He has both product and project management experience and can rate himself a 3-4 out of 5 when it comes to product management and a 3 out of 5 when it comes project management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been doing product/project management for over 10 years now. He is more on the product management side and also has been doing project management for a while now. His current project with XXXX is more on the Smart TV and smartphone which he believes is not a trend anymore so he would like to try on different role/projects for his next job. Has been into the gaming industry as well where he started as a Game Designer and later on worked as a Project Assistant for them for lots of different games/projects.
