1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Her last role was with XXXX as a Senior UI/UX Designer where she is responsible for the UI/UX design, wireframes, web layout design, and worked closely with team mates, clients, and the project team as well. Before this, she was a UI/UX Designer for XXXX where she pretty much had the same responsibilities as XXXX. Before this, she was mostly a Web Designer for several companies where she is mostly doing web design and was involved in advertising/marketing. She started off her career as a Graphic Designer for XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be HTML5 and CSS3 since these are what she’s mostly been using for her last and previous roles. She is good with Figma as well and rates herself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to UI/UX design in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design industry. Familiar with Dashboards and Product Design, and have used PowerBI as well in her previous roles. Strong with HTML5 and CSS5, also has experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
