His started off his career with XXXX as a Project Manager mostly handling audits focused mostly on technology of biofield production and quality experience. After that, he moved to US, did his MBA at the XXXX and started working for his current employer, XXXX, for almost 8 years now. He started off with an entry role and was promoted multiple times, he’s currently the head of the function now. He is overseeing the demand and supply planning for them in Hong Kong and Macau. He handles a team of 13 people and his daily duties includes demand and supply planning, logistical, physical distribution, and working with international suppliers.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be handling assignments and since he came from and engineering background, he is very keen on details. He likes to outline himself for little milestones before jumping into anything big. He is also communicative and can build relationships pretty much with anyone including his colleagues, clients, suppliers. For project management experience, he can say he’s a 6-7 out of 10 in it.

Has mainly been a Supply Chain Manager in the luxury cosmetics industry for almost 8 years now. Has experience as a project manager before but very briefly. His experiences lies more on demand & supply planning and has worked for travel retail in different regions as well. Technical background is more on engineering rather than IT.
