1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He graduated from XXXX, major in building engineering and management. He studied construction technology and other related subjects. He studied that as a project manager, they must study a quite number of subjects involved in project management skills, management of time, cost, quality, and mostly speaking.  He also went to study tour in Singapore and Malaysia. He got the chance to visit deep basement construction work in Malaysia which is managed by Gaman Ganska. He also spent fully a month time with another few students together to learn from the mainland counterpart which involved the construction of China Museum construction project, and his major duties is to learn from the mainland counterpart to make sure the quality assurance and quality control aspects are well managed. After his graduation, he entered a Singaporean developer company called XXXX, and he works there for the leasing department as a junior card. Before entering that company, he has an interview with XXXX which is a government organization. He chooses to enter the XXXX and work as a building safety assistant. His major duties there was within the discipline of their building surveying duties which he works with a quite number of directors and they mainly deal with commercial property transaction and make commercial building transition and investments. After that, he joined XXXX and he works for the SAP engineer. It is a consultant project of two primary school building structures, and he mainly deals with daily site inspection duties and also site coordination work and administrative tasks. After that, he worked for some other building contractors and construction companies like Minkcom and subcontractor in the time on the pandemic, he has drawn the government again which is the XXXX. XXXX for him is the most efficient government organization as it defines and understands the professionals within the trade. He works there as a temporary project supervisor for the team. He is responsible for the management of a project called Green Lunch project where they are gathering funds and do collaborative works with EPD or Environment Protection Department. They have been doing routine site inspection on the government premises like Chen Xiao NGO, Sartin Geo, and also some of the immigration tower and some of the government discipline.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
He specializes in doing administrative task like report writing and he can help the senior management for these kinds of jobs. He can also do or perform well for project management tasks. During his years in the university, he learned how to use the basic function of MS projects and how to identify the critical activities.

3.    Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has no experience in B2B sales but have learned in Chinese Taobao in selling like Alibaba and the learning the system of how to use the online transaction platform like Alibaba. He has attended courses years ago and he has learned a diploma in merchandising. He can learn from it step by step to pick up the necessary skillset needed. He has a salesperson license in the USA set up and have a quite number of years in dealing with commercial leasing and commercial property leasing, especially for grade A office tower. He also has check experience for working in the leasing department in the developer side and he has the sense and knowledge in sales and marketing, especially for the real estate sector.
