1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX as a Trading Systems Associate where he is currently working on web apps mostly developing the back end in Python. He is also working on new features on UI using ReactJS so the role is more of a full stack developer. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Front Office Equity Derivatives Developer where he mainly do bug fixes and developing new features on their Python ecosystem. He started off with XXXX as a Support Analyst where he worked on automation tasks and provided support to the current systems and taking care of the fixed connectivity.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would mostly be backend development using Python Flask API. He’s also good with deployment tools such as Docker, Jenkins, and in terms of front end, he’s good with ReactJS.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 3-4 years of overall experience in software development and is strong with Python 3.9 since he has been using this for his roles. He is also familiar with Linux scripting. Good with JSON and PostgreSQL; proficient with new product conceptualization and implementation.
