1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has moved to Hong Kong for about 5-6 years ago to do her Bachelor’s in XXXX. She majored in Finance and Business Analytics which she later on found out was not her passion but is more on the technical side such as product design/management. Her passion lies in creating tools/features that will improve better experience and create people’s lives easier. After that, started to do her own projects and was involved in lots of Hackathons. She started off as a Digital Product Designer for XXXX and Product Designer for XXXX where she was involved in UI/UX design and idea initialization stage; she will get the information from sales team and will talk to different team to form the idea of the product itself. During her time there, she has created three products from scratch. After that, she worked part-time with XXXX as a Design Thinking Teaching Assistant where she facilitated design activities with a class of over 20 students. Currently working with XXXX as a UX/UX Designer where she designed a sales proposal generator tool which reduced their processing time from one week to only 6 minutes.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her great communication skills and has been practicing it along with negotiation. She is one to ensure all parties are on the same page, understand what they want/need, and try to come up with solutions that will satisfy all parties as well. Another strong skill she have is to gather her team to understand the solutions that the user’s wants.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   In her current work, she has lots of experience with product management and design; she’s the one taking care of their products from the start to finish. She started working closely with the business team to get the complain/feedback of the customers, create their product requirement document, work on the design together with communicating with the design team and engineers, she makes sure that everything is good until the launching of the product. She is also the one getting the feedback from the customers after product launching; has worked for three software products from scratch and they are all still running up to now. Has experience with business and design side and knows a bit of engineering as well.
