1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has 3+ years of product design experience and graduated from XXXX. Her current work is with XXXX as a UX/UI Designer in the digital product team. She is mainly in charge for the design and following the requirements from owners and communicate with developers directly to provide design solutions. Before this, she was with XXXX as a UI/UX Designer where she mainly redesigned their product information system to increase the website navigation to find product value and increase sales volume as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her good understanding of user needs and make sure that the features they are building are for long term. She also believes that it’s important to have user research skills and project management skills as well as a UI/UX Designer. She has good knowledge of the users from APAC and EMEA as well and has go-live many products from 0 to 1 in these regions.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience in the UI/UX design industry. Has experience with Web3 stuff and also has talked to OKX before so she has some ideas about crypto, blockchain, and such. Proficient with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. During her time with XXXX, they have used InVision as well.
