1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Got into the Web3 space in 2010 and worked as a Project Manager for XXXX where he was running the research and development division and worked on lots of applied research. Also was involved in building systems, applications, databases, and moved over to digital marketing after that. He was running the operations over there to apply new technology, applied research in the context of digital marketing, and CRM systems. Last 2019, he switched to being a full entrepreneur and decided to focus exclusively on his own projects; built his own DeFi protocols and has helped built an NFT marketplace.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great skills in helping bridge gap between technical and non-technical teams. He is also a pretty strong project manager and has had to manage quite a few separate distinct projects, make sure that key shareholders/stakeholders are kept up to date with the projects.    

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been working with web3 startups for quite some time now and has good experience in handling/managing digital web3 products. Good with translating business requirements to technical team and vice versa. Personally has passion in the art space since he does lots of digital 3D art and a producer as well so plays around audio version quite a lot.
