|
- Working in broadcast vendor for 10 years, mainly covering Pre-sales support.
- Previously worked for XXX, a UK OTT and content editing provider, as Sales Engineer, for nearly 10 years. Job was to meet Broadcast customers, provide technical demos, proof of concept, RFP, and once deals was closed lead the technical implementations, and finally post sales support and customer training. Covered countries including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, as well as others.
- After XXX, worked in XXX for 6 years, a famous US OTT vendor, based in Hong Kong. Working in a similar end-to-end role, but also focused heavily on customer troubleshooting and post sales support. Also worked closely with dealers and system integrators, provide technical answers and demo during customer meetings, helping them to write RFPs, and took part in new Harmonic product launch road shows.
- Mostly recently joined the end user, XXX, a HK Cable TV operator, to get experience on the customer side. Responsible for project management and system installations, as well as acquiring new instruments and TV technologies as well as providing training. Also meets regularly with vendors and SIs to review product demos and handle Technical Q&As.
- Has experience using AWS, for storage during numerous transcoding system upgrade projects.
