1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a product designer and a design manager with masters in product design with specialization in product design. He changes industry 5 years ago and turn himself into the UX field and he decided to switch into the digital product because that there’s more opportunities there. He did social media related application and work on the various websites for the freelance sites for different companies and work more on the crypto and been working in the XXX . He worked with the company for 3 years and worked there as the first designer and build up the Hong Kong design team and was in charge for the design and product management and they were developing a design for a finance product and application that includes the payment system, debit cards, and crypto wallets.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   His strongest skill is to transform the shareholder needs and do discissions with C level and have a project and define the projects and take their ideas, blend them together and send them to the market providing the proper user search and stories as well as the definition of the design and building the design from scratch. If there is nothing existing, he said that he knows how to improve it and build it from scratch. Defining the needs of the company and what product he can help the company to build for their future clients.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
   He does have an experience in using figma and rates his skills for that 4 out of 5, sketch for 2 out of 5, while XD is 3 out of 5. He also said that he does have a project management experience for 7 years now.
