- Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers? How about the previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a Assistant Product Manager XXXXX. Graduated a couple of years ago in Australia and went back to Hong Kong to start her career. Team Lead of Product Team, detail oriented, excel and drive project from planning, managing internal and external parties to Product and System automation/Digital development.
- What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
Has a strong experience in Product Management. She is also a certified Scrum Master and has a certificate in “Introduction to Fin-Tech”. She also has a strong experience the Oracle ERP System, JIRA, Microsoft Office, Lucid Chart and has a strong negotiation skills as she worked with a lot of merchants and vendors before focusing on their product which is a TV Box.
- I have a couple of specific criteria to ask you, based on our client’s requirements. Are you able to design a product flow manage UI/UX and collect feedback from merchants to work.? Could you tell me more so I can explain this in detail to the client?
Has been involved in a Digital Transformation project by initiating and enhancing Digital On-boarding to better UI/UX of the service application; to reduce operational workload by integrate existing front-end application to back-end portals. She also creates the best practice of UI/UX to deliver premium service for Merchants.
- Has knowledge or background in payments, POS, CRM Products, and Android Platform Could you tell me more so I can explain this in detail to the client?
She is currently working and managing a project that focuses on payment products (SmartPOS, POS APP & Online Payment Gateway) with system automation, planning and implementation.
- She works closely with internal stakeholders (IT/BTU, Customer Success and Marketing Team) and external vendors/acquirer to ensure product features are developed as expected and roll out to market smoothly; prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder’s needs
