- He was a Senior Analyst Programmer in XXX for 6 months. Because of the pandemic the company did not renew his contract. In his stay in XXX, they are working in a Banking Institution, they work for report for new treasury system the name is Murex, and they basically do the snapchat of the data and used sql to extract it from csv to excel. After his contract in XXX, he’s not engaged in any company because of the economic condition.
- In XXX. He worked there as Contract Analyst Programmer, but his role was not requiring him to do the hands-on programming, he is focus on Business Analysis part. He basically supports their new system which is Passport Renew System, they created this using Java, and it has Kiosk and POS system integrated so they support their system 24/7. He leaves the company because he was moved in other department and in 2019 the company decided to dissolve the department, that is why he was forced to find a new opportunity.
- In XXX, he was the Senior Support Officer, he basically supports the Cloud Solution services of their vendor. He supported Level 1 and Level 2 system issues. He was in charge in doing the reports, documentation and training the new employees. Their vendor gave them the interface to manage their cloud data. They have internal application that they usually use to support their teams and customers.
- He is strong in Troubleshooting he even rates himself 4 out 5. Because for him, having 6 years of experience he is able to resolve some of the complex issues that he encountered, one of those was the client can’t access their system, so he investigates their system and found out that there is no issue in their side so he advises his clients to update their software so that they can access the application that they are trying to use.
