- Could you tell me about you? Your current and most recent jobs and employers? How about the previous companies and jobs?
He has been working in the IT field since 1998. He was working on a call-centre company they have more than 300 agents he was monitoring the whole call-centre operation designs the call flow and network and other it related operations and all telecommunication process. After working for more than 2 years he transferred to another company in which he is currently working now.
- What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
He is interested in solution design he pays a lot of attention on that field and wants to make sure that everything is well-planned. He is also working on different security projects in Hong Kong Banking companies. Recently he was working on several projects regarding on the reliability and security of products and he will provide solutions.
- He can help follow up issue and different customers internally/externally to drive the issue to resolution. He was working for XXXXX in Tech-Support for 10 years that why he understands the importance of resolution time. During his time at XXXXX, he also learned to pay close attention to details.
- In 2007 he was promoted in a senior post and was assigned to lead over a team in call-centre and handling 10 engineers and he was leading the team for about 10 years and did that from 2007-2017 and they do project related deployment and data support. Most are telecommunications related and CRM applications support, project deployment and daily operations.
- Then from 2017 he decided to move to XXXXXX (money transferring company) he was hired as the team lead on their operation site for about 2 years and one of his team members from XXXXXX then contacted by XXXXXto re-join the team once again. Joined 2019 as personal services consultant and does different types of projects in banking and other public utility company and other government departments.
