He is currently working as a Project Manager for X, and they provide services in Asia, Europe, and American countries as well. They do service enhancements and make sure that the expectations are being met for their client and he conducts the deployment of the projects, and he handles 13 other project managers, and he has 5 other PM's who works closely with him, and they work closely in handling the project deployment and software implementation and they handle the business requirements. He also does client onboarding in integrating with their IT system and automations. He was also chair of the Risk and Management committee
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a strong experience in handling IT projects for 10 years and he has strong experience in project deployment and strong communications skills and does a lot of client communication throughout the years and has a background in IT.
- He has been providing/working with the implementation team in providing Level 2 support for Applications to ensure that the issues or concerns that may arise could be fixed as soon as possible.
- He has a strong experience with SDLC with their financial system. He was involved in every process of the software development cycle. And he was also involved in the product roll-out for their retail, investment, and wholesale partners.
5. He is ITIL Certified and has a strong knowledge of retail, investment, banking and telco organizational structure. |
