Interview Assessment Notes 

1. Worked with Dynamics 365 for around 8 years. His Dynamics AX experience comes from two companies, first is from XXX where he was a Client Services Manager. At XXX he is always managing two teams. One is the IT team and the other is the BD/PM team. Here he is doing the documentation of both the functional specs and technical specs, after which he will work with different team members in Hong Kong and China, then he does the configurations, customizations.

2. They also do the CRP, present demos for the customer, do UAT for the customer, then do debugging, then prepare for the go-live phase, do data migrations. Since at the time he is switching from the old ERP system to the new one so they did data migrations. He also provided support and enhancements for the launched system.

3. His other Dynamics AX experience comes from XXX Group where was a System Architect. Here he acted as the lead for the ERP team for an e-commerce platform. They used Dynamics 365 as the brain of the system, and had some integrations with the backend warehouse system. He is doing both the functional and technical side for this system.

4. He also assisted the team with the design and the manual testing for the user. He also does hands-on technical assistance with the team. Their data warehouse was at Google cloud at that time, so he also handled microservices in Google Cloud receiving data from Dynamics 365 to their backend database.

5. In his previous company, he helped them to work with his team and the brand on a very difficult issue. There was a performance issue at the very beginning for the system. They could only do 20,000 transactions for a day, now they were able to work on the system, optimize it so that it can handle 20,000 orders in an hour. He built a sample for them to continue and asked them to follow his way to fix the issue.

6. For his project management experience, he has been doing it for more than 10 years. He handles more than 40 customers for the ERP and CRM system at the same time. He does PM and consultation for his day to day. He leads the team from the start of kick off meetings. As an IT Manager at XXX he reports to their IT Director.
