He has a strong communication skill, project management background. He also has more than 17 years in banking industry and over 10 years of management experience, focused on End-user Supports
- He also oversees the daily operation ensuring SLA met at all time, also to define, monitor and review the SOP and KPI on a regular basis, reporting back to our customer. He also prepares the reports, review sessions and made suggestions for Continual Service improvement with their management.
He also has been working as Project Manager including Data Capture, Enterprise Content Management and Workflow Solutions, IoT integration, plus spent 3 years doing business development and project management in China and Hong Kong. |
