- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She started her career as a BA and PM role/ She worked a product manager and she is working with her current job for 4 years and she was the manager for some of the product and sourcing Asia partner in Asia offices, in her recent job she was part of in-house team, and she is managing a team of 15 and they are all based in India. She is the one who would create the user story and work with Engineer team in India, she is also in charge in launching it to the users. Before her current job, she also worked for a manufacturing company. She was the PM to manage the mobile applications and they have China vendor and work for mobile application that is also used by the sales team, and they can use and check it on real-time. She worked for two projects and worked for B2B solutions and partnered with the vendor, they also worked with retail store with their store associate and created an app to track/share product information to support the sales associate.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She has started her career in PM and BA role. And she has also experience in Product Management, to JIRA, Agile and has some project experience and has worked with multi-branded companies and has worked with different brands and regions and has a great communication and management skills. She also has experience with vendor management, she has also managed a team.
- She had worked on a lot of projects, she was also involved in the SDLC of the applications and has worked on many projects that she was involved with project planning and source for the vendor and then was also part of the development and coding stage and product roll-out. She also does the product testing and does the system launch and works with the system partner and she would be the one who would conduct the training.
- In the first year she has experience with X she was also managing people and she was involved in answering questions and giving Level 2 Support that would be escalated to her and they take care of the support side, and she is mostly working on PM.
5. She has a strong Retail experience and has worked with many large retail companies in the past and she is also PMP certified. |
