Graduated in Computer Applications in India and started working as an Analyst Programmer for a Recruitment company from 2001-2014. Have offices in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, China, and HK. Has mainly worked in software development. Created a recruitment software for them
- What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far?
Has a strong experience in Process Automation, Digital Transformation, Software Development, Database design, Project Estimation, QA/Rollout/Support, Vendor Management, etc.
- Considers herself as very proactive person as she had worked closely with business partners and technology personnel during the design, configuration, application, and training stages. She is also well experienced in coordinating diverse teams and resources to complete objectives known for ability to produce high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.
- Do you have Key Criteria 2? Could you tell me more so I can explain this in detail to the client?
She is also very well organized and detail oriented with a motivational and smart-working nature. Familiar with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies. PMP certified professional aiming to leverage considerable experience and efficiency expertise into the project.
