With more than 15 years of experience working in an advertising agency. He said that in his previous company, they have headquarters in US and some offices in India and Hong Kong. He was working as an assistant manager for the project management team and his role is to manage the global workflow and clauses for packaging artworks, which includes artwork development, cost estimation, and resources allocation. He also mentioned that the volume what they created is about 3000 skews per year among different categories like healthcare, FMCG, seasonal, and hotlines. He also collaborate or partnered with the photography team to set up a studio in Hong Kong to shoot ecommerce images for clients which is 15,000 images per year and apart from packaging and photography, he also did the in-store marketing and promotion for the clients such as billboards, signs, and flyers.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has a good skill in project management and good in printing scheme because he had a background for that when he was studying and had solid experience as well. He said that he has a deep knowledge of all the printing related methods or systems.
