   He is currently an Associate Consultant for XXXX where he has been involved in lots of projects. He is currently working on a data integration projects as a BA/SA where he is daily cooperating with both client users and developers; he is involved with getting requirements, translate them to developers, and get the development done. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Project Manager where he performed different IT consultancy services as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on the project management side; he has worked for several startups before where he helped them from ground up, listen to their ideas, and implement their services later on. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in terms of project management in general since she has been working with real projects, managing clients, and managing a team of 20+ members.
