1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been working in the project management industry for over 10 years now and is currently working at XXXX as an Associate Director where he is leading a team of four people to deliver marketing projects to businesses and have to work closely with their users, vendors, and stakeholders. For the last few projects he did, one was a system migration project. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Project/Program Manager where he also did system migration projects from old version to a website version. He did work closely with the scrum team as well as product owners and third party in order to deliver their website portal from the beginning to the delivery to users.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his project management skills since he has been working in this area for over 10 years now; knowledgeable with end-to-end process to drive a project from beginning to delivery. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 when it comes to project management in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has over 10 years of project management experience and is quite confident with his PM skills. His more focused on financial and banking domains. Knowledgeable as well with cloud services and has worked for a web portal before based in Microsoft Azure; not heavily involved technically but more of the project management side. Also use some part of AWS but touches Microsoft Azure more. Has experience deploying SAAS before and the latest project they did was Salesforce CRM project.
