1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She first started her career with hospitality roles such as a Guest Services Officer/Associate at XXXX and XXXX. After that, she switched to more of the IT side of the industry and joined XXXX as a Project Consultant where it’s more of like a SaaS job that she had. She is currently working at XXXX with XXXX as an Associate Product Manager where she is handling about four products and is working closely with developers and stakeholders.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill is that she is very confident dealing with people since she started with hospitality roles and now she is using it to communicate with her workmates such as developers in understanding their pain points for both side and to make a good collaboration with the team.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience in the project management industry and has strong background with energy; she is currently working with XXXX so she has exposure in it as well. She is knowledgeable with cloud services as well although they have another team to do that, she is still knowledgeable with it as well.
