1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently a Business Director managing the AI and data team for XXXX. She’s handling about 40 people and manages the sales and delivery team as well. Aside from that, she is also responsible for building relationship with their partners and different kinds of go-to market activities such as being public speaker in AWS activities, conduct training in some Microsoft events. Before this, she was a Senior Consultant for XXXX where she is mainly focused on functional roles. She is doing digital transformation for them and ITSM projects. She also worked with XXXX as a Manager in Business Development where they mostly focused on application and infrastructure projects. She started off with more accounting/financial roles and gradually switched to more IT/technical roles.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be financial planning and analysis since she’s also a CPA originally. Also strong with functional roles in application field and also hands on in cloud engineering and project management; these are what she’s been doing most recently for past roles.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has about 4+ years of experience in project management during her time with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Right now, she’s more of training the team rather than managing projects which she would like to go back to if given the chance. She’s mostly familiar with Microsoft Azure for cloud platform; she has certifications on it as well.
