   He has a decade of project experience in intelligent buildings and energy optimization, working across several countries. Initially, he worked at a renowned consultancy in civil engineering in Singapore. He then spent over seven years at a property development company, serving as a project manager and regional president for various departments. He later managed digitalization and company operations at the headquarters. About two years ago, he joined XXXX, focusing on low-carbon technology applications in buildings. He led projects like developing an intelligent building system with energy optimization functions for the company's headquarters.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
His strongest skills are in communication and understanding client demands and requirements. He has experience as a project manager for several software platforms. He can later demonstrate one software platform he built with his team. He is experienced in commercial software application such as CADs, BIMs, FEMs, and Offices.

His current company is called XXXX is an International Low Carbon Technology. This company works in the sustainable building of XXXX. The field is renewable energy construction. He was responsible for several software platform developments, working closely with a consultancy, research team, and suppliers. He oversaw the contractor side of the software development, using a central platform for various small functions, referred to as the Applicational Digital Center.
