1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working as a Project Manager for XXXX where she handles project implementations for XXXX. Her daily responsibilities includes following the process of their life cycle process; do the unit and UAT training then go live. She is also proficient in getting user requirement up to the end of the process of projects. Before her role in XXXX, she was also an Project Manager for several companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her project management skills including monitoring and control of the project in terms of the overall schedule, scope, and timetable. She also believes that it is important to manage the risks and make sure everything is under control and properly addressed. She is great with communication and stakeholder top management as well. Rates herself a 4 out of 5 in general of project management.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Strong with project management and has been doing this for over 10 years now. Doesn’t have direct working experience with energy/utility industry but she’s knowledgeable with cloud services and has the concept of it. Mostly doing project management involving cloud services and mostly familiar with both of AWS and Azure Cloud. Also recently deployed a SAAS project for PostLogistics Hong Kong Limited where it is a tracking cloud-based application for logistics use.
