Has about 6-7 years of experience when it comes to project management in Hong Kong MNCs across banking, crypto, and retail technology projects. Most of the projects she has worked on was mobile banking apps, business transformation projects, etc. Currently, she’s a contractual Project & Program Manager with XXXX where she is running a program of about 12 projects to enhance the cybersecurity layout of the company. Before this, she was also mostly a contractual project manager for several companies/industries such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her ability to adapt to an environment quick enough to ensure that client’s KPIs are met within the project expectations hence the reason why she has lots of contract experience. She’s also good in understanding the roles of her stakeholders in their project to ensure that they meet the objectives. Rates herself a 4.5 out of 5 when it comes to project management.
