1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 10+ years of overall experience and has worked on many different implementations on ERP projects and also delivering digital solutions. He started his career in Netherlands where he worked for several consulting firms such as XXXX, XXXX, where he delivered ERP solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics. After that, he moved to China and worked as a Project Manager for XXXX where he managed projects in the manufacturing and sourcing firm. Also helped in building an application for their warehouse management. Then he moved to Hong Kong and joined XXXX as a Project Manager/Business Analyst where he worked more on the digital portal solutions connected to ERP that gives access to clients in using the platform for their services. He also was an IT Manager/Project Manager for XXXX wherein he was in charge of hiring the people, training, and mentoring them. They had a roadmap of portfolio here for more than 25 projects; also worked on a PMO framework to bring structure to their project delivery models. He is currently with XXXX as a Delivery Lead, he’s deployed mostly to different kinds of clients and he is now with XXXX; he is the one leading different kinds of projects and mainly worked on their data ecosystem based on ecommerce platforms.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management and delivery management. Another thing is his good skills in driving the team, setting up the vision of the project, look into the governance controls of a project, and stakeholder management as well. Mostly proficient with the delivery management skillset. Rates himself a 4.5-5 out of 5 in project management.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   He considers himself strongest with project management and has a brief experience working for an energy industry client way back in Netherlands when he was working for XXXX. He is mostly familiar with Microsoft Azure and can ensure project delivery using it. Also has involvement in SaaS and ERPs especially on the cloud; Oracle, Microsoft, etc. He has delivered SaaS solutions during his time with XXXX which is more like an ERP dynamics.
